Lamborghini vs Corvette Z06 race

Isn’t it great to drive along the highway in your convertible Lamborghini, effortlessly overtaking everyone in your path? However, as this video clearly shows – don’t mess with a Corvette, or you may be in for a major embarrassment!
Watch the Lambo get schooled by the Corvette - not once, but twice - as it leaves the Italian supercar in its dust! To be fair to the Lamborghini owners, they take it all in good humor. If you’re wondering what they’re saying in Russian in this exciting video it can be translated roughly as “Oh my God! He’s crazy! He’s going almost 200 kilometers per hour!”

Although it’s hard to tell from the video exactly what's up with the Corvette in question, it looks to be a C6 Z06 from between 2008 and 2012, probably with some modifications from stock. Bear in mind, the 7.0-liter V-8 LS engine of the stock 2012 Chevrolet Corvette throws out 505-hp and 470 lb-ft of torque, according to Car and Driver.
Note to Lamborghini drivers: you need to fight muscle with muscle. For your next purchase, consider the new 2016 Corvette with its supercharged 650-hp V-8 and 650 lb-ft of torque. According to Chevrolet, it can take you from 0-60 in 2.95 seconds, and is yours for $79,400. Perfect for your next highway battle.
