New car prototype is caught on camera - Hear the mean noise yourself

There’s a rumble of excitement in the air, and it sounds suspiciously like a 2018/2019 Mustang Shelby GT 500. Caught on spy cameras going for a test drive near Ford’s Dearborn, Michigan Development Center, according to Fox News, the powerhouse featured in this video is an undeniable thing of beauty.
The video shows a front end under wraps, which points to a strong possibility of something very special under that camouflaged hood, and a large rear wing that will surely be put to good use.

There’s much speculation about the engine, and sources indicate it will be a 750-horsepower supercharged 5.2-liter version of the Shelby GT350 Voodoo V8. There are also rumors floating about that the new Shelby GT will be powered by a twin turbo Ecoboost similar to the Mustang GT’s 5.0-liter V8. Whichever engine Ford chooses, the new Shelby GT promises to be a formidable foe for competitors, such as the Camaro ZL1 and Challenger Hellcat.
Thanks to the availability of aftermarket tuners, thrill racers are already maxing out the source engines cited above at over 800 hp, which further reinforces the speculation that Ford is looking to max out the Shelby GT straight off the showroom floor.
Ford has been cagey about confirming any details about this new model, or even its existence. However, it’s a fair bet that Ford may seize the Los Angeles Auto Show to debut an American muscle car with enough power under the hood to blow the doors off the competition.
