Prepare yourself for the CAT Double Wing. Fully extended, it's a beaut

Motor graders are motor graders, right? When you have seen one or operated one, you have operated them all. Not anymore!
Enter the new CAT 160M motor grader double wing setup from Craig Manufacturing. This is the mother of all wing configurations for motor graders. Not only do you have the single 14’ blade that you would generally expect to see on a motor grader, you can now drop two additional blades, one on each side of the cab, each one giving you up to an additional 22’ of blade on each side!

Craig Manufacturing says the Double 301 Wing Assembly as fitted will clear 24 feet of snow, but its blades are versatile enough to be tucked up to fit through a set of garage doors.
Those extra blades are raised and lowered by hydraulics, giving you the option to engage them or not. Now there’s more freedom then previously possible with just the central, single blade we are all used to. Add onto that a center blade that is out in front of the motor grader and you have a total of four blades that all work independently from one another. This allows you to get the grade you need in much fewer passes and in a lot less time.
